Kim is living her dream; former manager of WagTime Doggie Day Care 2001 (Washington, DC). Kim is the former owner of Paws & Claws (2001-2004), and co-founder of Pet Dreams (2004-present). She has over 15 years of experience as a Veterinarian Technician, specializing in Emergency Critical Care. She managed the over night shift of the Largest 24 hr. Emergency Veterinarian Hospital in Washington, DC. Kim is a Certified Aviclturist Level 1 via The American Federation of Aviculture, Inc. She is the heart beat & soul of Dream Team Kennels!

Howling Hill Kennels LLC is family owned and operated. In business since 1995. We are proud to offer you beautiful, healthy and quality purebred Pug and Boston Terrier puppies.

We are a respectable kennel that will never operate as a puppy mill.  All our dogs have plenty of running space at all times.  Both day and night, they have the freedom to run outside to inspect their territory.  When you drive in our lane you will surely be met with lots of friendly, happy faces and wagging tails.  They get even more excited to see you walk toward them and are ready and willing to give you a hundred kisses if you will stay long enough to receive them.  We are a member in good standing with AKC.

Each of our dogs spend time in the house with us as part of our family, however we cannot be with all of them all of the time. In order to ensure they are comfortable, each of our dogs has a heated and insulated house in a 576-square-foot kennel. Our promise to you is that we will do our best in selecting breeding stock of the highest quality with health, temperament, and breed improvement as priorities.

Our in home kennel operation is located in Fredericksburg, VA. In the past we have bred and raised Doberman Pinchers. We now have Chihuahuas as our only breed. We have enjoyed this breed so much and want to share what we have learned and our breeding experiences with you.

McMurphy English Cockers and Scottish Terriers is situated in central Virginia and has been actively showing and breeding champion dogs since the mid 70’s. We strive to breed quality puppies that are sound in temperament and free of hereditary disease.

We have had dogs all of our lives and they are such a big part of our family. We are deeply in love with this breed and the decision we made of adding a Boerboel to our family was the perfect fit for our property and home.

We have been involved with this breed for over 23 years and what started as a small hobby for me—still is, but is definitely a passion today.  We have been very blessed with breeding wonderful dogs to leave here and go into their new homes and offer great companionship. Over the years, dogs bred at Militza have been not only involved in conformation dog showing, but agility, obedience, tracking, and therapy work.  We do our very best to breed healthy, happy dogs as that are far more important to us than any win!

Windermere Kennel started in 1975 with the purchase of an eight-week-old bitch puppy from Ailsa Crawford of Far Hills, New Jersey. Named “Hamilton Sprite”, she quickly taught me what the Jack Russell Terrier was all about.From that beginning, Windermere has grown steadily over the years.I have always strived to keep the emphasis on quality. In our breeding program, I aim to produce terriers with exceptionally good conformation. Finally, I try very hard to keep one other aspect in the forefront of my breeding program; TEMPERAMENT. Perhaps that is what Windermere is best known for.

I started showing collies in 2000.  I am a member of the Collie Club of America, Collie Health Foundation,  and the Mason-Dixon Collie Club.  My dogs participate in conformation, herding, and agility.  They are also certified therapy dogs and we visit nursing homes.I breed not only for conformation and performance but health and temperament are an important component of my breeding program.

We are a small show kennel located in Central Virginia. The origins of Beowulf date back to 1985 in Marlborough, Massachusetts and started with the Beagle bloodlines of Bridal Vale, Chrisette, Buglair and White Acres.

We strive to produce a pretty little hound that demonstrates elegant breed type.  Most importantly these dogs must have the qualities of temperament that allow them to be an excellent companion animal.

Like most, our Beagles are comedians and engage in mischief on a regular basis. Our German Shepherd Dogs are also exhibited at conformation shows but take life a bit more seriously and thus have a full time job trying to keep the Beagles in line.

We breed Quality English Mastiffs with great personalities, temperament and sound health.  Our dogs are members of our family and raised around children and other animals.We take great pride in our Mastiff’s and enjoy their company and we know you will too.

Pine Hill Terriers is a small kennel of working Jack Russell Terriers (JRTs) located in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I have been an active member of the JRTCA and involved with showing, breeding, and hunting JRTs since the late 80’s. I proudly serve on several committees and I am also a conformation, working, and go-to-ground judge.My goal is to produce a high-quality versatile terrier of sound body and mind.  Each litter is carefully planned and researched, born and raised in my home as part of the family.

We are constantly striving to produce the best Mastiffs we can and we are especially interested in combining true Mastiff type with soundness. We firmly believe in the importance of pedigrees in a breeding program .We have also produced group placing Mastiffs and a Best in Show Mastiff.

I was first introduced to Miniature Schnauzers as a young teenager, working as a care giver at one of the top Miniature Schnauzer kennels in the country. With the help of many mentors thru the years and lots of personal experience, my daughter and I continually strive to raise the best little companions possible. We have changed locations a bit, first Pennsylvania, then Texas, Europe, and now we are located in the wonderful countryside of Virginia on five beautiful acres of wooded land. But, our goal has never changed — to produce healthy puppies that are beautiful, consistently win in the show ring, AND also have the brains and personality to match.

All our dogs are born, raised and live in our house as a part of our family, kenneling dogs is against our philosophy of dog ownership. Our hounds have 24 hours a day access to the one acre-big securely fenced back yard via a dog door and they all live as one pack. That’s why, when breeding, we pay close attention to producing happy, friendly dogs with easy going temperaments. Health issues are of paramount importance for us too and we do careful health evaluation of our breeding stock that includes DNA testing for breed specific disorders.

We were blessed to start our breeding program with exceptional breed specimens that resulted from dedication and hard work of many generations of breeders in this country and around the world. Now it is our turn to share our success with fellow breeders – our beagles are making an impact in show rings and whelping boxes not only in Western hemisphere but in many European countries as well.
