Bona’s Kennels was established by Mihailo “Mickey” Martinovic and his son, Milos “Mike” Martinovic. The father-son team founded Bona’s Kennels based on their superior knowledge of and experience with German Shorthaired Pointers (GSP) and their deep-rooted love for the breed. The two have over 50 years of combined professional experience, but their passion for hunting dogs cannot be pinned to a specific amount of years. For both Mike and his dad, dogs have been a significant part of their lives since their earliest memories.
We are a small GSP kennel in east central Illinois. We have been raising and training GSP’s for 20 plus years, and have been breeding high quality GSP’s for the last 15 years. Our dog’s are very well socialized and extremely hard hunters in the field. We take pride in only breeding quality dogs that we know will make very versatile gun dogs, as well as great family companions. Along with our breeding program, we also offer training for all pointing breeds.
Czarcrest Westies is a small hobby breeder which has produced 57 AKC Champions and other titled dogs to date. All our puppies are home raised and socialized. Our strict criteria for breeding and focus on improving the breed result in the production of only 2 to 3 litters per year.

I am a rough collie breeder in Indiana. Royal’s Collies was established in 1963 . At that time I was a member of the Collie Club of America, Regional Dog Training Club and also Illiana Collie Fanciers and served as Secretary and show secretary for the latter club. I have successfully returned to breeding and showing on a smaller scale of quality collies.
Painted Bostons is named after my (late) mare Painted Lady – the same with my email address. She was my Heart horse!! I had her for 27 years but she received her wings in the spring of 2021 when she was 31 years old.

We are located in Arcadia, IN – 20 miles north of Indianapolis. All puppies are fully vaccinated and dewormed prior to sale. They are individually evaluated as to temperament and structure. Raebark German shepherds are bred to have correct, moderate structure with nice heads, dark eyes, and good ears. They are easily housebroken and obedience trained.
I went to the Internation Dog Show in Chicago in 1981 with a list of nine breeds I was interested in. While at ringside, I saw the most incredible dogs. They were Soft Coated Wheatens and the breeder was sure I had lost my mind. I had! I’ve been crazy about the breed ever since. Finally, “Tiffen” and I headed to her new home. Twenty seven years later, I would still prefer being in the show ring than gardening, reading or playing bridge although I enjoy all of the above.
