We strive to raise and breed the best English Labrador Retrievers possible. Our commitment is to always better the breed. The Labrador Retriever is, in many ways, the dog with the ideal temperament. A special blend of intelligence, honesty, and kindness has made it unrivaled as the most popular dog in the world. The Labrador Retrievers’ loyal devotion to their family is beyond all comparisons. We love our Labs!

Our Labs are all AKC registered.

Our puppies receive lots of tender loving care and are well-socialized before they go to their new homes! Puppies are checked by our veterinarian and given their first set of shots.

We raise blacks, chocolate, and yellows.

Our family lives in the beautiful small town of Danville, Vermont.

We are Labrador aficionados and breed and show English type Labrador puppies to the AKC standard and recognized AKC colors Black, Yellow and Chocolate. (Yellows Labs can range in shade from a dark reddish to a light cream color.) 

We use only the best Champion show and health tested bloodlines around, and try to breed well rounded Labs that make great family pets, can be shown, do obedience, rally, agility or work in the field if that is what you desire. 

All of our English Lab puppies are raised inside our home with our family so they are well socialized on a daily basis, we also start on basic potty training and crate training while they are here. We breed to improve therefore the sire of the litter is often not our own dog.

We follow the breed standard as set forth by the Labrador Retriever Club.

Puppies can be picked by order of deposit at 5 weeks of age but will not be ready to leave to their new homes until 8 weeks old.

Our Labradors are first and foremost family companions.  Second they can serve as show dogs, hunting companions, therapy dogs, service and/or working dogs. No matter if you are looking for a loving member to add to your family or are interested in a certain dog sport or venue, our Labradors excel in all areas. We strive for the REAL Labrador Retriever which is one that is not only correct in proper temperament but also a dog that is correct in structure as the written breed standard describes. Labradors are not supposed to be weedy, lanky individuals with pointy heads and equally objectionable are short, fat cumbersome dogs that cannot withstand the vigor’s of working or partaking in a family outing.

Welcome to Red Rooster Retrievers, a small family owned kennel in southeast South Dakota.  Red Rooster Retrievers is dedicated to training and raising quality Labrador retrievers that are great hunting companions, champions in field tests, and wonderful family pets.  We have plenty of room to train and grow including grassy training areas and water holes.

Our mission in breeding is to improve the Labrador Retriever breed.  We strive to breed quality dogs with calm temperaments, no genetic problems, and that conform to the Labrador Retriever breed standard.

We are a small, family breeder and provide a loving environment for all of our dogs.  They have ten acres to roam, run, and play on our Lakeville property and have lots of loving interactions with family and friends.

Located south of Eugene, Oregon, we breed AKC Labrador Retriever puppies and offer chocolate and yellow stud service. The goal of Merganser Labrador Retrievers is to produce good looking, intelligent puppies that have a strong desire to retrieve, are structurally and genetically sound, have that wonderful loveable Labrador Retriever temperament, and are exceptional family companions and hunting partners. We believe that Labrador Retrievers should have nice broad heads, otter tails, good conformation, plus have that innate desire to hunt.

Our Labradors are a big part of our family and what we do.  We take full advantage of our newly developed wetland and family ponds for fun adventures, training, and swimming on hot days.  We have been blessed to enjoy many hunting opportunities.  Our labs have participated in AKC & HRC hunt tests and hunting trips for quail, pheasant, duck, geese, and dove here in Oklahoma and in many of the area states – Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas, and Missouri.  Thank you for spending time on our website.

Located in Northwest Ohio, we have been Ohio Labrador Retriever breeders for many years.  All puppies from our adult Labrador Retrievers are family raised in a quiet rural setting on five acres with a pond. We have been breeding quality Labrador Retrievers for approximately ten years with an emphasis on chocolate labs. All of our puppies are sold with limited registration.

Because we at Pond Valley Labradors love Labrador Retrievers, our goal is simple.  We produce healthy, good tempered Labrador Retrievers that meet the AKC standard and that make great family pets. What is a pointing lab?

Labrador Retrievers when taken on an upland hunt have a natural instinct to find a bird and flush it into the air.  Some Lab owners noticed that their Labradors pointed on the bird as a short haired pointer would. So they began breeding labs that showed natural pointing instincts to other labs that pointed, creating a specific breed known as the pointing Labrador.

We are located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just northwest of Albuquerque, and have been breeding and showing dogs since 1980, starting with Keeshonds and then moving on to Akitas. In recent years we have decided to try our hand with Labrador Retrievers because of their sweet nature, versatility and capacity for learning. We are a small, private kennel and specialize in the breeding of sound, “English” style Labrador Retrievers in all three colors: chocolate, yellow, and black. Although our dogs are actively shown in conformation, all of our dogs live in the house and are pets first and show dogs second. They are loved and played with on a daily basis and worked with on training several days a week. Frequently putting our dogs before AKC judges and winning, reinforces the soundness of our breeding program. All of our dogs are carefully screened prior to breeding, so that every precaution is taken to make sure that each breeding produces healthy, happy pups absent of any inherited disorders. The goal of our breeding program is to constantly be striving to produce that “perfect pup”.

As a small, family breeder, High Desert Labradors lovingly raises each puppy to be kid-friendly and well socialized, as a part of our family with four children.  Founded in the scenic high desert of Albuquerque, New Mexico, we are now in the Dallas Ft. Worth, Texas area enjoying our 7th year of breeding and raising pure bred AKC Labrador Retrievers.

Our home is located among the beautiful rolling hills in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.  We are a small hobby kennel breeding English style labradors with the loving and calm temperament that is the hallmark of the breed.  For almost twenty years I’ve been competing with my labradors in obedience, conformation, hunting and agility.

We specialize in breeding Black and Yellow English Labrador retrievers. We breed from AKC parents who have certified clearances and all males AKC – DNA & heart tested.

Located high a top the Sierra Nevada mountains, just outside of Reno, Nevada, all of our Sires and Dams are AKC and OFA registered with great bloodlines. Our Chocolate Labradors are fantastic with champion hunting and field trial bloodlines.  Our Silver Labs and Charcoals labs are simply stunning with sought after bloodlines as well.
