Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Catherine Marley. I have been breeding and exhibiting Lhasas for 40 years. I work closely, and visit frequently, with breeders in France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Denmark, so I have some European perspective as well as the local (USA) one. I am a Physician, and have published many articles on Lhasas over the past 30 years.

We have 4 Kennels located in Spain, the Dominican Republic, New York, NY, Long Island, NY, and the newest kennel will be located in the Charleston/Summville/Moncks Corner area of South Carolina. We are the largest kennel in the world of Bully Breeds and Mastiff Breeds. Banner Wheatens, Reg. is a small Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier breeding program located in Somerset, NJ.  Our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club and the name “Banner” is registered by AKC for our exclusive use naming Wheatens. We are hobby breeders of Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers and together, we have been Banner Wheatens since 1998.

Marianne found her first pet Scottie in 1992 and trained him for a CD title and therapy dog work. She started learning to groom and show in confirmation in 1998.In 2001, John and Marianne established FireHeart Scottish Terriers, and since then, have finished ten breeder-owner-handled champions, including multiple Specialty winners and All-Breed Group and Best-in-Show winners.Marianne has also earned titles on many of her champions in agility, obedience and earthdog.

We bred our CH Pinray’s Sweet Callalily (Callie) in early May 2017 to CH Ramblin’Red Slamdunk Brigidier General (Chester). We are so pleased to announce that Callie whelped 10 puppies on July 5, 2017. There are 6 boys and 4 girls. They are doing great. We will have a web page titled Callie’s puppies with pictures.
