Our puppies sell for $4,000 to $7,000 depending on evaluation. Our puppies are highly socialized by the Puppy Culture method and evaluated by Puppy puzzle method
We sometimes have “rehomes” available who have bred 3 or 4 times and are ready for retirement in a one or two dog home. These dogs are sold for vet bill (for neuter, teeth cleaned and shot update) usually around $1,000.

Here we currently breed and raise AKC registered Embark tested Yorkshire Terriers & Chihuahuas. Our dogs are family first and have been raised with kids as part of a family unit. All of our dogs are Embark health tested.
We strive to breed healthy AKC/FCI/UKC/APRI registered dogs and do not support puppy mills or individuals that breed any dog to any dog for profit alone not taking into consideration temperament, health or structure of the dogs being bred. I have a policy in place to help weed out those individuals and I will turn down a sale if I feel the home is not adequate.
In order to promote better breeding practices I sale pet quality puppies to pet homes without breeding papers on a verbal agreement that the puppy is to be a fixed life long companion. We offer breeding rights to approved individuals who are reputable and aim to improve the breed on puppies who evaluate as structurally sound breeding animals and are health tested prior to breeding. Please do your research on the breed & make sure you are ready to commit to this animal its entire life before contacting me.
I am not perfect and do understand that everyone has to start somewhere, I breed for myself, I have 5 plus generations of Royalty Tracks Yorkshire Terriers I personally bred/hand raised myself. I started with Yorkshire Terriers back in 2015. Prior to them I raised and showed Siberian huskies since 2005.
I have personally invested many years into my breeding program and work hard everyday to ensure my animals are groomed, given clean water and fed a healthy diet and live in a clean environment.
Some of our dogs were shipped here from other countries. We have some from Russia/Ukraine/Thailand. A couple of our dogs come from amazing Brazilian show lines as well as a very old American show line that not many breeders have anymore. I dedicate lots of time to pedigree research and I have entered all my dogs into the wold pedigree databases and can back them up thanks to AKC research pedigrees. I have been able to go back as much as 15 generations and have been able to learn so much about each line.
All my dogs are entered online in the world pedigree data base I have the AKC certified pedigrees to back anything I have entered and most are DNA, Embark & AKC registered

Our breeding program is very small and all of our dogs live in our home, they even have their own room and full bathroom. As an AKC, CKC Breeder, I take my dogs and puppies very seriously. Meaning all of my puppies come with a contract, all good breeders do this as well. It is a great way to insure healthier dogs and pups, and that dogs and pups don’t end up in the wrong hands or in shelters! All of my dogs go through genetic health testing along with routine vet care before I even decide to breed any of our dogs. All of my dogs are registered with AKC Kennel Club and are Champions or Champion lined.

As an AKC chihuahua breeder, health is a number one concern to me and we have all of our adults health tested for the three most common genetic issues -heart, eyes & patellas (knees). This results in healthier chihuahua puppies! As a reputable AKC chihuahua breeder we treat our dogs like family. They are raised indoors with lots of outdoor playtime, during nice weather, for their daily dose of Vitamin D! We feed high quality food, that does not contain fillers like soy, corn and wheat. We even supplement with raw meat twice a week. Consequently, our dogs are healthier and have gorgeous, soft, shiny coats!
