We have been involved with this breed for over 23 years and what started as a small hobby for me—still is, but is definitely a passion today. We have been very blessed with breeding wonderful dogs to leave here and go into their new homes and offer great companionship. Over the years, dogs bred at Militza have been not only involved in conformation dog showing, but agility, obedience, tracking, and therapy work. We do our very best to breed healthy, happy dogs as that are far more important to us than any win!

I’m the breeder behind Kazuri Beagles and Cavaliers located in Washington. We are lucky enough to have a small, hobby kennel located approximately 15 miles north of Seattle in Washington. While we say “kennel”, our dogs are primarily our pets, spending their days relaxing on the couch. They are part of our family, and any puppies are raised in the same way, in our home. Our goal is to produce quality dogs that not only look beautiful, and are healthy, but also have the temperament that will make them a life-long member of your family.
We breed dogs of sound mind and body. Before we allow a dog to breed, we make sure that they have stable temperaments, sound bodies, along with the qualities that are expected to be within the breed standard. ENFIELD GERMAN SHORTHAIRS is a 14 year old “boutique” Kennel in Silver Spring, Maryland known for its distinctive, clean-lined, AKC, German Shorthaired Pointers. Exemplary pups are distinctively roan ticked that’s spattered within bright sliver-shaped patches set about their torsos grand dense, shimmering liver spots.
All our dogs are born, raised and live in our house as a part of our family, kenneling dogs is against our philosophy of dog ownership. Our hounds have 24 hours a day access to the one acre-big securely fenced back yard via a dog door and they all live as one pack. That’s why, when breeding, we pay close attention to producing happy, friendly dogs with easy going temperaments. Health issues are of paramount importance for us too and we do careful health evaluation of our breeding stock that includes DNA testing for breed specific disorders.
We were blessed to start our breeding program with exceptional breed specimens that resulted from dedication and hard work of many generations of breeders in this country and around the world. Now it is our turn to share our success with fellow breeders – our beagles are making an impact in show rings and whelping boxes not only in Western hemisphere but in many European countries as well.
