I started showing collies in 2000. I am a member of the Collie Club of America, Collie Health Foundation, and the Mason-Dixon Collie Club. My dogs participate in conformation, herding, and agility. They are also certified therapy dogs and we visit nursing homes.I breed not only for conformation and performance but health and temperament are an important component of my breeding program.

Windermere Kennel started in 1975 with the purchase of an eight-week-old bitch puppy from Ailsa Crawford of Far Hills, New Jersey. Named “Hamilton Sprite”, she quickly taught me what the Jack Russell Terrier was all about.From that beginning, Windermere has grown steadily over the years.I have always strived to keep the emphasis on quality. In our breeding program, I aim to produce terriers with exceptionally good conformation. Finally, I try very hard to keep one other aspect in the forefront of my breeding program; TEMPERAMENT. Perhaps that is what Windermere is best known for.
All our dogs are born, raised and live in our house as a part of our family, kenneling dogs is against our philosophy of dog ownership. Our hounds have 24 hours a day access to the one acre-big securely fenced back yard via a dog door and they all live as one pack. That’s why, when breeding, we pay close attention to producing happy, friendly dogs with easy going temperaments. Health issues are of paramount importance for us too and we do careful health evaluation of our breeding stock that includes DNA testing for breed specific disorders.
We were blessed to start our breeding program with exceptional breed specimens that resulted from dedication and hard work of many generations of breeders in this country and around the world. Now it is our turn to share our success with fellow breeders – our beagles are making an impact in show rings and whelping boxes not only in Western hemisphere but in many European countries as well.

I’m the breeder behind Kazuri Beagles and Cavaliers located in Washington. We are lucky enough to have a small, hobby kennel located approximately 15 miles north of Seattle in Washington. While we say “kennel”, our dogs are primarily our pets, spending their days relaxing on the couch. They are part of our family, and any puppies are raised in the same way, in our home. Our goal is to produce quality dogs that not only look beautiful, and are healthy, but also have the temperament that will make them a life-long member of your family.
My name is Gille Talley II and my father’s name is Gile Talley I. Together we own and operate Mid Atlantic Boerboels.After years of research we acquired our first Boerboel in 2008. We continue to show the breed a few times a year. Our confirmation preference is a Boerboel with a large size, large head, and well muscled physique without losing athleticism or agility.We also want to stress the importance of a great temperament and good health in all of our dogs. Pine Hill Terriers is a small kennel of working Jack Russell Terriers (JRTs) located in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I have been an active member of the JRTCA and involved with showing, breeding, and hunting JRTs since the late 80’s. I proudly serve on several committees and I am also a conformation, working, and go-to-ground judge.My goal is to produce a high-quality versatile terrier of sound body and mind. All of our setters that have ever been bred have been certified clear of hip dysplasia. Most of our setters go into pet homes where they become a part of the family. They are great fun loving dogs and give laughter to your life!
Marty and I both discovered the Sport of Dogs long before we discovered each other. He spent most of his time with the Beagles and I spent most of mine with the Flat-Coats. One day we were introduced by a friend and the rest is history. We now own and breed Flat-Coats under the Blazin prefix. We share our home in Mt. Airy, Maryland with our 6 Flat-Coats and sons, Colin and Bryce.

I’ve been involved in German Shepherds since 1992 and have been doing dog sports and schutzhund ever since, and I’ve been a Breed Warden and Tattooer for the United Schutzhund Clubs of America. I’m serious about having dogs around who I like to live and WORK with. I like a dog with a rock-solid temperament, intense drive, and keen intelligence.This is the goal of every carefully planned breeding I do – I don’t breed often, and I want every puppy to grow up to be a joy in the work and in life.
I have owned Wheatens since 1982, and I have been breeding Wheatens since 1992. I am active in the world of Wheatens and dog showing and I am an involved member of the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America. I feel certain that I would not have persevered, nor been successful in showing and breeding, without the guidance of Marjorie Shoemaker, who continues to be a guiding force in my breeding efforts.
