My name is Karen Bogenholm, and I have been breeding and showing Boston Terriers for more than 30 years. My love for animals, passion for excellence & enthusiasm for Boston Terriers, has helped me breed new generations of Boston Terriers that frequently overpass the breed standard & earn the title of Champions & Grand Champions.
In Stillwater, New York, a rural town in Saratoga County, we raise pure bred Boston Terriers. We breed for conformation and temperament. We are proud of the many wonderful family dogs we have placed as family companions over many years.
All puppies are born in my home and have daily human interaction. Puppies are AKC and/or CKC registered. Most have their dew claws removed, All have age appropriate vaccinations, regular dewormings starting at 2 weeks of age, heartworm preventative starting at 8 weeks, JHC negative (via parentage testing), have a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian, 2 year life threatening genetic health guarantee, 72 hour health guarantee, Certificate of DNA Paternity, Pedigree and have been Microchipped with pre-paid registration before they leave my home. They will come with all health records, registration application, a puppy pack, and a photo/video CD of all pictures & video taken since birth. Here at New England Boston Terriers, we specialize in the breeding and raising of AKC Boston Terriers. When considering a puppy from any breeder, make sure your pup is AKC registered. A pup without papers usually means the breeder does not have permission to breed their dogs or doesn’t know the history of the parents. Other reasons are that it’s the only way you know you are getting a purebred puppy or one that was crossbred with same bloodlines. All of our parents are on site, make sure your breeder is actually the breeder.
Alaska’s Boston Terrier’s specialize in breeding Boston Terriers in Homer Alaska. I offer puppies through out the year consisting of black, brindle, fawn, blue & champagne. I only breed the Boston so I can provide the best puppies Alaska has to offer! Rest assured you are getting what you pay for with one of our babies!
I have been Breeding now for 20 years. We love our fur babies. I am very knowledgeable about both breeds. Especially there health. Health and Temperament are our factors when it comes to producing babies.
We make every effort to produce puppies which capture the essence of the breed with an emphasis on sound structure and blue-ribbon good looks. We currently title all our dogs through IABCA. At these shows we enjoy the one-on-one critique with the Judges. We also show a few of our dogs at AKC events local to us.

Painted Bostons is named after my (late) mare Painted Lady – the same with my email address. She was my Heart horse!! I had her for 27 years but she received her wings in the spring of 2021 when she was 31 years old.

I strive to offer the best quality puppies from Champion lines & health tested parents. I offer a 3 year health guarantee for JHC, DM, patellas, heart, eyes, & hearing. I feed my dogs & puppies only the best (RAW) & NuVet vitamins so they get the proper nutrition for optimal health. I require you sign my contracts to ensure the wellbeing of my puppies.
Stockton’s GSP breeding program produces calm, trainable dogs with a flash of color (striking Black and White). Our GSP’s are every bit as calm as a Lab. We strive to produce dogs that are great around the house, will also excel at outdoor activities, or hit the field and be a hunting companion.
Just north of Houston, near The Woodlands and Conroe, Texas, as a young boy I ran the woods around Old Waverly hunting whatever was in season. It was my grandparent’s farm, we called it “the country”. Stories of adventures in the woods and hay meadows around “Waverly” continued until I went off to college. During and after college the hunting stories kept on being written but they occurred in other places.
For over 30 years at Quail Ridge, our passion for Training, Hunting, Competing, and most importantly, raising top quality German Shorthairs, has continually grown.
Family owned and operated, endeavoring to have our kennel stay one of best in the nation, we are proud to announce that we regularly pass our on-site inspections with flying colors for the AKC Care and Compliance Policy. Our kennels are cleaned several times, daily using pet safe practices. With a proper daily regime of exercise, food, vitamins, routine medications, and social interaction our pups (and yours) remain healthy and happy.
